So, the good news: I have lost 2.5 kgs since I have been here.
The better news: 2.5 kgs is actually 5 and 1/2 pounds--and that just sounds so much better.
The best news (depending on how I look at it) : I haven't even started biking yet. Next week begins the much
loathed anticipated Thursday biking days. Basically I get to drop the kids off, leave the car at school (so Esther can get it that afternoon), and then bike to the Center Station to catch a train home... Granted it may not be the worst terrain or longest distance, but it is still going to
kick my a.. whip me into shape!
