So this weekend I stayed home here in Assen thinking I would get some peace and quiet from the comfort of my own room and catch up on some R&R. Unfortunately, I didn't realize there would be a concert blaring outside my window right at this very moment...
While the booming bass is pretty annoying, the music itself is... well, random. And thus entertaining. Let me just share a few of the songs I have heard thus far:
~Proud Mary (more of the Tina Turner version)
~The Yodeling Song from The Sound of Music
~I Want You To Want Me
~Lola--you know that one that goes "La-la-la-la-Lola"/Born to be Wild/I Love Rock'N'Roll medley
~Some Cranberries song that I can't think of the name...
~"And I would walk 500 miles, then I would walk 500 more"...
Yeah, I am going to have to let you hanging from there... I can't take much more of it, so I am going to pop in a movie.

I am confused as to what kind of concert was outside your window!! BTW...i LOVE "I would walk 500 miles...it's on my IPOD! I wanted it in the wedding..but It says something about getting drunk and I didn't really want my mother n law to passout...at the wedding I saved that moment for the break out dance at the reception!! * just had to remind you bout my wedding..you know it is my anniversary!
